White asparagus and WineStein
We're still sorting out where to locate WineStein's twist of mind, but currently it appears to prefer red wines over white when it comes to white asparagus dishes. True, it's mainly elegant reds that come out, but we do agree fully with everyone reporting this to us: more white would be better.
Since WineStein is a fairly complicated thing, we need a couple of days to sort out and test how to best improve this. But we're working on it!
