Software based on artificial intelligence (AI) calculates a taste profile (the so called ‘Meal DNA’) from your choice of ingredients and preparations entered, and from there finds the best matching wine types, scoring them and indicating to what extend the wine balances the weight of the dish. The AI-system contains 700 wine types, thousands of ingredients and was ‘trained’ with over 50,000 reference data.
All this advanced technology is neatly hidden behind a really user friendly and great looking menu, developed and designed by Dutch top designer Edenspiekermann.
