A classic syrup-sweet German Riesling, with copious botrytis and lots of residual sweetness. Elegant due to the high acidity and very complex. Very light in alcohol. Young: hints of honey and stone fruit. Ready to drink: integrated residual sweetness, fruit less in the foreground, mineral. Mature: fully mature notes of sweetness and botrytis, petrol aroma, dried stone fruit.
