A powerful Chardonnay from the New World with plenty of alcohol. Matured in new oak with lots of body and a somewhat buttery mouthfeel. This wine has a shorter drinking spectrum than a high quality Chardonnay from France and less minerality. Young: powerful taste and the wood dominates. Ready to drink: well-rounded and buttery. Mature: low acidity can cause wines to become somewhat ‘thick’ and heavy.
