A deep, dark, full-flavoured red wine from the New World made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Often gets hefty wood ageing, regulalry on American oak that gives these wines their characteristic vaniila/coconut aromas. Powerful, ripe, full bodied but nonetheless easily drinkable.
