Fortified (18%) and cask aged sweet wine from the region by the same name in Australia. Contrary to what the name suggests made from muscadelle grape varieties (so not tokay or pinot gris). Lighter bodied and less intense than the muscats from this region. Has a pleasant green tea-alike freshness when young, and will develop butterscotch and toffee notes with bottle age.
