A very fruity (cherry) and grapey (raisiny) tasting red wine from northern Italy, from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. Made partly from naturally-dried grapes, so very rich with some sweetness and 15% alcohol. Varies in quality from fairly simple to very serious.
