What to expect

Absolutely top class white Burgundies from Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet with very complex aromas, great and intense complexity of flavour, very prominent minerality and delicate acidity. Do not drink too young.

This category includes the Grand Crus:

Le Montrachet

Chevalier-Montrachet

Bâtard-Montrachet

Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet

Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet

Young: very promising, rich flavour notes not yet integrated.

Ready to drink: elegantly intense and yet very powerful.

Mature: fully compact, nutty flavour notes.

Cheers and enjoy this great wine!

Remarks:
Closong bottle in a Bienvenue tasting. Tasted blind, and instantly showing all Bienvenues what a real grand cru is all about. Perfect definition, stunningly mineral, all closed up still, but this is Ramonet at its best
