The cream of the German dry Rieslings. Very concentrated for a Riesling, plenty of alcohol (13+%), in which the best vineyards introduce a nice mineral expression. Complex, gastronomic wines with excellent ageing potential. Do not drink too young. Young: closed, dominant acids. Ready to drink: aromatic, mineral, elegantly intense. Mature: integrated but still vivid, petrol aroma.
